MU's dream lineup with 'blockbuster' Sesko

Sesko is expected to join MU.

MU submitted an 85 million euro offer for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko on August 5, aiming to beat rivals Newcastle. If the deal is successful, Sesko will immediately be included in coach Ruben Amorim's preferred 3-4-2-1 formation at Old Trafford.

This summer, the "Red Devils" also welcomed quality new recruits in attack such as Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, in addition to adding 18-year-old left-back, Diego Leon.

Cunha and Mbeumo both started in the Premier League Summer Series match against Everton on 4 August. Amorim's starting XI from that match could be a possible choice for the Premier League opener against Arsenal on 17 August.

Reserve goalkeeper Altay Bayindir came in for the injured Andre Onana. However, if he recovers from his injury, Onana will still be the number one choice.

The central defensive trio of Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw have been playing together and are likely to continue to start. Amorim's other options are Noussair Mazraoui and Lisandro Martinez, defenders who can launch attacks well.

Amad Diallo and Diogo Dalot will occupy the two wing positions in the 3-4-3 formation. In addition, Patrick Dorgu is also a notable choice on the left wing as he has shown rapid progress.

In midfield, captain Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte are also sure to start. Mason Mount could also join the first team if he can maintain his fitness, as he has made his mark in recent friendly matches in the US.

Up front, the new duo Cunha and Mbeumo would be ideal supporters for Sesko if he were to join MU. In theory, this is a suitable arrangement, with two players good at carrying the ball and creating, helping Sesko stick to the penalty area and receive every pass from his teammates.

MU's two remaining strikers, Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund, will likely have to accept reserve positions.
