Becamex TP.HCM - tragedy with a dream

Becamex TP.HCM has not regained the trust of fans after 3 consecutive losses.

Slipping on the dream

Of course, "firing generals" is also the best way to explain the failure. Obviously, Becamex Binh Duong cannot reach that goal when the position of V.League 2023/24 is 7/14 teams and in the 2024/25 season is 6/14. This ranking reflects the true strength of the team that has won the V.League 4 times.

Returning to V.League 2025/26, Becamex TP.HCM went through 4 matches with only 1 win against the "young army" of HAGL and lost the remaining 3 matches against The Cong, CAHN and CA TP.HCM, including 2 defeats right at home. Three losses against opponents that Becamex TP.HCM demanded to compete fairly to surpass increased doubts about the top 3 dream of the one-time "Vietnamese Chelsea".

In these 3 defeats, Becamex TP.HCM showed weakness in both attack and defense by not scoring any goals, conceding 8 goals. Assuming that Becamex TP.HCM has not scored any goals in the last 3 matches - although according to statistics there was 1 goal - is because that goal was scored by former player Tien Linh, so we cannot give credit to the strikers of Becamex TP.HCM.
