Against the German women's team, ranked 2nd in the world, the goal of the Vietnamese women's team (ranked 32nd in the world) was to score a goal. In the 3rd minute, the Vietnamese women's team conceded a goal. From a simple combination, player Paulina Krumbiegel scored with a delicate close-range shot.

After conceding the goal, the Vietnamese women's team did not lose their spirit. Coach Mai Duc Chung's students showed great concentration and determination. The Vietnamese women's team calmly defended, followed their tactics and caused many difficulties for their opponents. Not only that, Hai Yen and Duong Thi Van had dangerous shots that forced the home team's goalkeeper to work hard to block.

In the second half, the Vietnamese women's team maintained a good defensive counter-attacking style. The German women's team attacked continuously but coach Mai Duc Chung's players fought hard. It was not until the 80th minute that the German women's team scored the second goal from Janina Minge's shot.

Despite conceding two goals, the Vietnamese women's team did not give up and continued to play with great effort. After Tuyet Dung and Vu Thi Hoa missed two chances to face the opposing goalkeeper, the Vietnamese women's team created an emotional moment in the third minute of extra time. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nha sprinted from home to the opponent's penalty area and scored against the German team to seal the score 1-2.

In the end, the Vietnamese women's team lost 1-2 to the German women's team. However, this was a good result for coach Mai Duc Chung and his team because the German women's team is at the top level in the world.

Thus, the Vietnamese women's team has completed their training trip in Poland and Germany with positive results. Coach Mai Duc Chung and his team will return to Vietnam to make final preparations before participating in the 2023 Women's World Cup finals.
