
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Bui Van Khanh, has just signed and issued Official Document No. 231/UBND-THNV regarding the urging of the implementation of key tasks after the Lunar New Year holiday of Giap Thin 2024.
In accordance with the Prime Minister 's directive No. 06/CT-TTg dated February 15, 2024, on urging the implementation of key tasks after the Lunar New Year holiday of the Year of the Dragon 2024.
To successfully implement the tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister in 2024; the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, Government Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 5, 2024; and Government Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 5, 2024, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Directors of departments, Heads of agencies, and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities to seriously implement the following contents:
- Based on assigned functions and tasks, proactively review, advise, and propose to the Provincial People's Committee the implementation of tasks as directed by the Prime Minister in the aforementioned Directive; periodically evaluate the results of task implementation and send them to the Department of Planning and Investment for compilation and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
- Implement decisively and synchronously the solutions, and seriously and effectively carry out the tasks assigned in Directive No. 01/CT-UBND dated January 12, 2024, on key tasks and solutions for directing and managing the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimates for 2024; concretize the action themes of your sector and locality; closely monitor the practical situation, strengthen inspection and supervision, and promptly handle emerging issues; continue to innovate thinking and management methods through concrete actions, striving to achieve better results than in 2023.
- Continue to strictly implement the directives of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Letter No. 192/UBND-THNV dated February 6, 2024, regarding the urging of tasks before, during, and after the Lunar New Year holiday of the Year of the Dragon 2024.
Directors of departments, heads of agencies, and chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the implementation of the above-mentioned contents…
It is known that in Official Document No. 192/UBND-THNV, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed several important tasks: Continuing to effectively implement the tasks and solutions under the Program for Economic and Social Recovery and Development; and the three National Target Programs. Focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles for production and business activities in all fields; promoting the progress of implementing large, important projects with high spillover effects, making positive contributions to the development of the industry, sector and the province.
Focus on accelerating digital transformation, especially implementing the Government's Project 06 according to the set roadmap and schedule; accelerate administrative procedure reform, especially reducing regulations related to business activities, decentralizing in handling administrative procedures, and simplifying administrative procedures.
Relevant departments and agencies are focusing on taking advantage of favorable weather conditions to boost agricultural and forestry production. They are actively implementing solutions to overcome difficulties for businesses, promoting production and business activities; and urging the acceleration of the implementation of key projects. They are also strictly managing market prices; preventing smuggling and commercial fraud. Production and business, especially in key industries, should be boosted immediately after the Tet holiday.
Strengthen the management and organization of festivals; ensure that festivals are organized economically, in a civilized manner, preserving and promoting national cultural identity; ensure security and order, traffic safety, environmental hygiene, and food safety. Strengthen the implementation of measures to control vehicle load limits, ensure the technical safety of vehicles, and resolutely impose strict penalties on violators…
