VnExpressVnExpress24/03/2024

Next week, the plains and coastal areas of the North will have humid weather, houses will be damp, the Northwest will be hot at 29-33 degrees Celsius, the South will continue to be hot at 35-37 degrees Celsius.

The weather in the North has been changing constantly over the past week. Yesterday it was sunny, today it is covered in fog and light rain. The reason is that this area is being contested by the humid southeast wind zone and the low pressure circulation in the west.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the weather in the North will continue to be the same next week. The Northwest will be sunny, with the highest temperature during the day reaching 29-33 degrees Celsius. The Northeast will be cloudy at night and in the morning, sunny in the afternoon at 26-31 degrees Celsius. The coastal and delta areas will be humid, and houses will be damp.

The American website Accuweather predicts that Hanoi from now until mid-week will have a temperature of 23-31 degrees Celsius, and from Thursday the highest daily temperature will drop to 28 degrees Celsius. High points over 1,500 meters above sea level such as Sa Pa ( Lao Cai ) will fluctuate between 14-25 degrees Celsius next week.

From now until the end of next week, the Central region will have little rain and sunny weather. The highest temperature in the area from Thanh Hoa to Binh Thuan is often 30-33 degrees Celsius. The mountainous areas in the west of Nghe An - Quang Ngai will be locally hot, 35-37 degrees Celsius.

The South will continue to be hot next week with the highest daily temperature reaching 35-37 degrees Celsius, some places above 37 degrees Celsius. The Central Highlands will also be sunny with 31-34 degrees Celsius.

The meteorological agency said that in the next month, cold air may be active but weak, shifting to the east. The low pressure area in the west will develop, and heat waves will appear in most of the country. The average temperature in the North, North and North Central regions will be 1-2 degrees higher than the average of many years, and the remaining regions will be 0.5-1.5 degrees Celsius higher.
