Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Truong Quoc Huy had a dialogue with people of Tien Noi ward.

On the morning of November 19, the Provincial Party Committee organized a dialogue conference between the heads of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Tien Noi Ward, Duy Tien Town. Comrades: Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the conference.

Speaking at the opening of the dialogue conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy emphasized: Dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the people is an opportunity for leaders of Party committees and authorities of the province to directly listen to the thoughts, legitimate aspirations, opinions and recommendations of the people in the process of implementing the policies and laws of the Party and the State. Through dialogue, not only do we propagate, disseminate and bring the Party's policies and the State's policies and laws to the people, but we also help the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee promptly have solutions to direct and effectively resolve difficulties and obstacles, innovate the leadership methods of Party committees at all levels, management and operation of the government, strengthen consensus in the community, contribute to the implementation of political goals and tasks, socio-economic development, national defense and security in the province; successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the delegates attending the conference and the people to promote democracy, speak frankly and wholeheartedly, exchange, contribute ideas and recommendations on existing problems, difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings in policies, mechanisms and policies, propose solutions for organization and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels; mechanisms and policies related to socio-economic development, security and order, Party building, government building and other social issues of interest to the majority of people, for the common good, ensuring stability and development of the locality and province.

At the conference, delegates representing the people expressed their opinions focusing on specific issues such as: Paying attention to solutions to direct the work of developing party members in enterprises to increase the rate of party membership in Duy Tien town and Tien Noi ward in the coming time. Examining, verifying, and concluding the political standards of cadres and party members; perfecting the personnel of People's Council delegates for the positions of party committee secretary, chairman of the People's Committee and some positions of cadres and civil servants who are not local people when they are mobilized and rotated to work in new areas. Implementing mechanisms and policies for redundant cadres in commune-level administrative units that are merged, especially leaders and managers (vice chairmen of the People's Committee, vice chairmen of the People's Council). Creating conditions for young people during their military service to study and access basic knowledge of information technology application to participate in production activities and economic development after completing their military service; Seniority allowance for the position of commander of the commune-level military command; land price for compensation for site clearance and financial support for multi-cropping households.

Regarding economic, cultural and social development, delegates proposed financial support to renovate some historical relics in the area (Ngo Xa communal house - Ngo Tan residential group and communal house in Hoa Trung B residential group); attract investors to build projects in Nam Cao University Area; soon implement the construction of the road in the Nam Cao University Area planning; change the land use purpose from agricultural land to non-agricultural land in residential areas; recognize martyrs for those who have no relatives to complete the dossier according to regulations; provide vocational training and create jobs for workers in the area...

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy acknowledged and highly appreciated the sincere and frank opinions of the delegates representing cadres, party members and people; accepted all opinions, recommendations and reflections of Tien Noi ward people so that leaders and directions at all levels, sectors, localities, agencies and units could promptly have effective solutions.

The Provincial Party Secretary also assigned specific tasks to agencies, departments, branches and localities and requested Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially leaders, to increase direct dialogue with the people to grasp their thoughts and aspirations, promptly encourage, answer and have solutions to lead and direct the resolution of difficulties and problems; propagate the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws to the people; promote the people's right to mastery and supervisory role, encourage people to contribute ideas in performing socio-economic development tasks, innovate the leadership methods of Party committees, the management and administration of the government, and create consensus among the people.

In the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee will continue to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of 3 breakthroughs and key tasks to complete and exceed the targets set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, it is requested that Duy Tien town, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and all Tien Noi people continue to do a good job in Party building and political system building; promote the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII), Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Executive Committee, term XIII on Party building and rectification and the political system in conjunction with the implementation of Directive No. 05, Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Innovate working style and manner; promote the role and responsibility of setting an example for leaders of Party committees and authorities. Regularly stay close to the grassroots, promptly grasp the situation, listen to people's opinions, thoughts and aspirations; focus on resolving urgent issues arising from grassroots within their authority and make recommendations to competent authorities on issues not within their authority for timely resolution, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of Party members. Do a good job of developing new Party members. Direct the organization of congresses of subordinate Party cells for the 2025-2027 term and successfully organize the 30th Tien Noi Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Continue to lead and direct the implementation of Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and cadres; inspect, supervise, and enforce Party discipline; mobilize people; internal affairs, prevent corruption, waste, and negativity; improve the quality of government operations at all levels. Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; be open and transparent in management and administration; improve the spirit and attitude of serving the people of cadres and civil servants; effectively implement democracy at the grassroots level, promote the people's mastery; effectively implement the model of "Friendly Government serving the people".

Promote socio-economic development, focusing on industrial development, small-scale industry, trade and services, and traditional occupations. Closely combine industrial and agricultural development with environmental protection and sustainable development... Propaganda and mobilize people to effectively carry out site clearance work to ensure clean land funds to attract investment projects and accelerate urbanization in the locality. Focus on building synchronous cultural and sports institutions, ensuring social security and improving people's lives.
