Comrade Dinh Van Tien was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh City Party Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of cadres. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Dinh Van Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to join the City Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee, term 2020-2025, from June 21, 2023.

Presenting the Decision, congratulating flowers and assigning tasks to comrade Dinh Van Tien, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan emphasized that this is an important event for the Party Committee, government, the entire political system and people of Ninh Binh city.

Acknowledging the results of comrade Dinh Van Tien's work, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: As a cadre who grew up in the Procuracy sector, with moral qualities and practical capacity, comrade Dinh Van Tien was trusted to hold many important positions in the People's Procuracy sector and the political system of Nho Quan district.

Since June 2022, he has been appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and has been a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term. In any position, he has demonstrated his mettle, qualifications, capacity, responsibility, and political qualities and received the trust of the collective unit where he worked, and was assessed by competent authorities as having completed well and excellently the assigned tasks. With practical experience, along with the process of striving and maturing, comrade Dinh Van Tien fully meets the conditions and standards to hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee.

Emphasizing that Ninh Binh city is the political, economic , cultural and social center of the province, in order to well perform the role and tasks of the leader in leading, directing and operating the City Party Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that Comrade Dinh Van Tien continue to promote his ability, capacity and experience; actively study, practice, be dedicated, devoted and responsible with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City Party Committee Executive Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, overcome all difficulties and challenges to bring Ninh Binh city to comprehensive development, successfully implementing the goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th City Party Congress, term 2020-2025. In particular, focus on taking care of the work of building the Party and the city's political system to become increasingly clean and strong.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that the members of the City Party Executive Committee continue to pay attention, help, coordinate and create conditions for comrade Dinh Van Tien to continue to promote his capacity and successfully complete his tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee, Dinh Van Tien, respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and trust in assigning him the task; and thanked the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Party Committee, the government and the people of the city for their reception.

Seriously accepting the direction and assignment of the Provincial Party Secretary, the new Ninh Binh City Party Secretary shared: This is an honor but also a great responsibility for me. In the assigned position, I will strive to study, practice, be a role model, and be worthy of being the center of solidarity to join the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the City Party Executive Committee to continue to promote and inherit the achievements of generations of cadres, leaders, and people of the city who have worked hard to build; innovate leadership and direction methods, and be determined to successfully organize and implement tasks in all fields. In which, focusing on building the Party, the political system, socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security.

To successfully complete the assigned tasks, he hopes that in the coming time, he will continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly from the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; veteran comrades, former leaders; the close coordination of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province, together with the solidarity, joint efforts and unanimity of the City Party Committee, agencies and units in the political system, cadres, party members and people of the city, thereby contributing to the completion of the goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th City Party Congress and the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress.
