On the afternoon of October 29, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work. Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.
Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, presented the Politburo's decision assigning comrade Ha Thi Nga to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced Decision No. 1621-QD-NS/TW of the Politburo deciding that comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation, President of the Vietnam Women's Union, term 2022-2027; transferred and appointed comrade Ha Thi Nga to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.
Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Politburo's decision and presented flowers to congratulate comrade Ha Thi Nga on her new assignment and responsibility.
Comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech accepting the assignment.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Minh Hung affirmed that comrade Ha Thi Nga had received basic training, had a Master's degree in Party Building and State Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Literature Pedagogy, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics; had grown up from the grassroots, had worked in many positions at the Central and local levels; was a capable, experienced cadre, closely associated with the grassroots, always excellently completed assigned tasks, and was trusted by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. This is a Party Committee with a rich revolutionary tradition, the place that was chosen by the Party Central Committee and Uncle Ho as the Capital of the Liberated Zone, the Capital of Resistance.
Comrade Le Minh Hung requested comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, leaders at all levels and sectors of Tuyen Quang province to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and support comrade Ha Thi Nga in her position as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, and continue to further develop the locality in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ha Thi Nga deeply thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for entrusting her with the important responsibility of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; thanked the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for their trust, support, and help in taking on the new responsibility; and promised to promote the achievements of the locality, make efforts, and strive to fulfill the assigned tasks; together with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, continue to successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
Working process of comrade Ha Thi Nga, new Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee:
- From January 1992 to May 1995: Officer of Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Union; Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Youth Union of Hoa Binh Province; Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Agencies of Hoa Binh Province.
- From June 1995 to December 1999: Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union officer; held the positions: Member of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Lao Cai Provincial Party Civil Agencies; in November 1999, he was elected as a Delegate of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, term XII, 1999-2004.
- From January 2000 to December 2003: Delegate of the People's Council of Lao Cai province, term XII; transferred to work at the Office of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee as Deputy Head of the Social and Cultural Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council.
- From January 2004 to June 2011: Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union, Member of the Central Standing Committee of the Youth Union, terms VIII and IX; Delegate of Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, terms XII (1999-2004), term XIII (2004-2009).
- From July 2011 to June 2014: Assigned by Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to work and perform the duties of Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee, term XIV (2011-2016) according to Decision No. 246-QD/TU dated July 25, 2001 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
- From June 10, 2014 to October 2015: Assigned by Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Muong Khuong District Party Committee, term 2010-2015. From October 15, 2014, elected to the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial Party Committee.
- From October 2015 to May 2020: Elected by the Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XV, 2015-2020. From November 1, 2015 to the end of 2018, assigned to concurrently hold the position of Principal of Lao Cai Provincial Political School.
- From May 8, 2020 to present: Mobilized and appointed by the Politburo as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union. Elected by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union to join the Executive Committee, the Presidium and elected to hold the position of President of the Vietnam Women's Union, term 2017-2022. Elected to the 13th Party Central Committee, term 2020-2025 and National Assembly Delegate, term 15, term 2021-2026. From April 2022: Continued to be elected by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union to join the Executive Committee, the Presidium and elected to hold the position of President of the Vietnam Women's Union, term 2022-2027.
