Comrade Ha Thi Sam, a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises in Ha Tinh province, has been approved to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.
