(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of December 18, at the headquarters of the City Literature and Arts Association, the Hai Phong City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the work of Party cadres of the City Literature and Arts Association. Comrade Dao Khanh Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

Comrade Dao Khanh Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, presented the Decision to Comrade Le Nhu Hai.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1210-QD/TU dated December 12, 2023, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to appoint comrade Le Nhu Hai, former Director of the City Children's Cultural Palace, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the City Literature and Arts Association, term 2021-2026.

Comrade Dao Khanh Ha presented flowers and thanked Comrade To Hoang Vu for his contributions to the City Literature and Arts Association in the past time.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Dao Khanh Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, said that the City Literature and Arts Association is the unit with the largest number of members, gathering a large number of members and operating actively. Over the years, the city has always paid attention to and created favorable conditions for the Association to operate effectively, contributing to the overall development of the city. On this occasion, on behalf of the city's leaders, Comrade Dao Khanh Ha thanked and acknowledged the contributions of Comrade To Hoang Vu, former Chairman of the City Literature and Arts Association, to the Association's activities in the past time. Regarding Comrade Le Nhu Hai, the Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department expressed his belief that with his experience and enthusiasm, Comrade Hai will continue to lead, direct and gather artists to join hands and contribute to the development of the city.
