At the conference, voters highly appreciated the results of the fifth session of the 15th National Assembly with many innovations. With the spirit of urgent and serious work, the National Assembly completed the entire proposed program, passed 8 laws, 17 resolutions, gave second opinions on 1 draft law, gave first opinions on 8 other draft laws to restore and develop the socio-economy, and at the same time considered and decided many other important issues. National Assembly deputies demonstrated their mettle and responsibility; the opinions expressed on the contents of the session were of high quality, profound, enthusiastic, and constructive, and were highly appreciated by voters. Voters said that the question-and-answer sessions had many innovations, but when asking questions, National Assembly deputies needed to go straight to the point; respondents focused on proposing solutions and actively implemented those solutions. Voters recommended doing better in counting when compensating for site clearance; There should be an early document guiding localities to properly implement the arrangement of full-time and part-time cadres. Voters believe that the centralized purchase of equipment is correct, however, it is necessary to improve the quality of purchased equipment, allowing units to proactively register new purchase lists according to their needs in order to effectively serve assigned tasks. Regarding transportation, voters recommended building new degraded bridges, planning to build stadiums in localities that are lacking; speeding up the construction of the road from Thai Binh city to Cau Nghin. Regarding the policy for people with meritorious services, voters recommended increasing the monthly support level for people with meritorious services and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor and near-poor households; paying attention to and caring for people who participated in combat on the battlefield, youth volunteers, frontline laborers, etc.
