Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh met with voters of An Tuong ward

On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, including comrades Nguyen Dac Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Social Affairs; Lo Thi Viet Ha, member of the National Assembly, full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Social Affairs; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Tuyen Quang province, met with voters of An Tuong Ward before the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Attending the conference were leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and units; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of An Tuong ward and a large number of voters of An Tuong ward.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Ma Thi Thuy informed voters of the expected agenda of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. According to the plan, the session will take place in 45 days (opening on October 20 and closing on December 12, 2025). The National Assembly will consider and approve important laws and resolutions to ensure the country's governance from now until the end of the year and at the same time prepare for the 2026-2030 period of double-digit growth. This is a historic session on the legislative work of the National Assembly.

It is expected to pass a Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution of the National Assembly on special mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health. Along with that, it will consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and many other important issues...

Voters of An Tuong ward have proposed a number of contents such as: Repairing a number of traffic works and constructions in the area that are degraded or affected by natural disasters; having a plan to relocate households in areas at risk of landslides; increasing decentralization in education and training when transferring tasks from district and city levels to commune levels; speeding up the progress of granting land use right certificates in the area...

At the conference, departments, branches and local authorities answered and resolved issues of concern to voters.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh thanked voters and people of An Tuong ward for their attention and monitoring of the activities of the National Assembly and the provincial National Assembly delegation. The opinions and recommendations of voters were received by the National Assembly delegation and forwarded to authorities at all levels and functional agencies for consideration and resolution according to their authority.

He also requested the provincial departments and branches to pay attention to resolving voters' petitions and advise the province to have a specific plan and roadmap to fundamentally and systematically resolve some of the voters' opinions and petitions. He also shared the difficulties that the Party Committee, government and people of An Tuong ward were affected by the recent floods, hoping that all classes of people would continue to unite and strive to overcome difficulties to successfully complete the set target programs.

The National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society presented support to the An Tuong Ward Disaster Prevention and Control Fund.

On this occasion, the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society donated 50 million VND to the An Tuong Ward Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund.
