On the afternoon of October 10, Party Central Committee member and Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs Nguyen Dac Vinh met with voters of An Tuong ward, Tuyen Quang province, before the 10th Session.

Also attending the meeting with voters were: Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation working full-time in Tuyen Quang province Ma Thi Thuy; National Assembly delegate working full-time at the Culture and Social Committee Lo Thi Viet Ha.

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, Ma Thi Thuy, reported to voters the expected program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, the Tenth Session will open on October 20 and is expected to close on December 12. It is expected that the National Assembly will consider, comment on and pass 50 draft laws and resolutions - a record for legislative work in a session; and at the same time, decide on many important issues of the country.

At the conference, voters of An Tuong ward reflected on issues related to land, urban infrastructure, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and education and training. Voters requested that competent authorities promptly guide the establishment, appraisal and approval of land use plans, and at the same time issue specific regulations for people to be granted Land Use Right Certificates according to the 2024 Land Law; promptly consider and issue mechanisms and policies to allow the establishment of commune-level public service units (Public Service Management Boards or Urban Infrastructure Management Boards) to perform public services in the area; at the same time, provide specific instructions on the organization, staffing, financial mechanisms and operating regulations to create conditions for grassroots authorities to effectively perform state management tasks and improve the quality of service to the people.

Voters also requested attention and allocation of investment capital to build a road connecting the center of An Tuong ward (old) with Hoang Khai area (old) to complete traffic infrastructure, create momentum for socio-economic development, trade - services, tourism and improve people's lives in the ward...

The opinions and recommendations of voters were compiled by the National Assembly Delegation and forwarded to the authorities and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to their authority.

Appreciating the spirit and responsibility of all levels and sectors of Tuyen Quang province in joining hands in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and storms and floods in the province, Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh requested that sectors and localities continue to lead, direct, review and promptly resolve problems so that people can quickly stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh presented 50 million VND to the An Tuong Ward Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund.
