At the reception, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, highly appreciated the positive development trend in all areas of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries in recent times, especially the success of the State visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping on April 14-15, which reached many important common perceptions, orienting the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and the Community of Shared Future of Vietnam - China, which has strategic significance. On the basis of the positive development of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries, the relationship between the Central Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China has been increasingly consolidated and strengthened. Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, congratulated the great achievements that the Party, State and people of China have achieved under the "core" leadership of Comrade General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping. Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that developing sustainable and long-term relations, constantly consolidating political trust, expanding and deepening substantive cooperation with China has always been a consistent policy, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority in Vietnam's foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization and diversification of foreign relations. Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, shared with Ambassador Ha Vi about Vietnam's breakthrough steps in developing science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation as well as promoting the development of the private economic sector; building a streamlined, effective and efficient political system.

On the basis of the good foundation of the current bilateral relationship, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, hopes that the Chinese side will continue to maintain regular exchanges at high and all levels, including cooperation between the Central Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China. Accordingly, he suggested that China increase the sharing of experience in inspection, supervision, prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity; and implement cooperation in the field of cadre training. Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc also hopes that the two sides will coordinate to well organize the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries; well implement the project "Red Journey of Youth Study and Research" to enhance education and propaganda to the younger generation about the revolutionary tradition and the long history of "comrade and brother" relations between the two Parties and the two countries; support and share experience in building the Communist Party Museum.

Ambassador Ha Vi sincerely congratulated Vietnam on the important achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary To Lam, especially the important results in reform, streamlining the apparatus, developing new productive forces, bringing Vietnam into a new era of national development. Emphasizing that the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries is developing very well in all fields, Ambassador Ha Vi said that China is promoting the realization of the common perception between General Secretary To Lam and General Secretary and President Xi Jinping, bringing the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries to a new height. Sharing the experience of the Communist Party of China in building working style, discipline, preventing and combating corruption, the Ambassador suggested that the two sides increase the exchange of experiences in Party building, ensuring the progressiveness and revolutionary nature of the Party and the socialist path are always on the right track, studying and enhancing theoretical exchanges, sharing practical experiences and cooperating in training cadres in the field of preventing and combating corruption. Agreeing with the important cooperation proposals of Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Ambassador Ha Vi affirmed that he will make efforts to promote exchanges and cooperation between the respective agencies of the two Parties, especially between the Central Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China./.
