At the Conference, comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Mai Van Chinh announced Decision No. 1156-QDNS/TW dated March 15, 2024 of the Politburo on the transfer, assignment and appointment of comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Acting Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

On behalf of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc on his new responsibility.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Truong Thi Mai affirmed: To ensure the direct, comprehensive, regular and continuous leadership of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Party Central Committee over Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, the Politburo decided to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Standing member of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai believes that Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc, in his new position, will quickly grasp the local situation, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, overcome difficulties, unite, strive, strengthen leadership and direction to achieve the highest results in implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress in conjunction with the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution 23 - NQ/TW dated October 6, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Central Highlands region until 2030, with a vision to 2045, achieving the goal of making Lam Dong a fairly developed province in the country.

Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc, born in 1972, hometown in Hoa Quang Bac commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province. Professional qualifications: PhD in Political Science; Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Politics. He has held many positions: In 2002, he was Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union; in July 2006, the Standing Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed him to the position of Secretary of Song Hinh District Party Committee. In June 2011, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Yen province. In July 2013, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed him to the position of Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee. In January 2015, he was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee.
