Comrade Nguyen Van Doan holds the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organization Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee Nguyen Van Doan.

On the morning of February 20, Hai Duong province held a ceremony to announce the decision on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and personnel work.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Van Doan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Transport to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; appoint and assign him to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from March 1, 2025 until retirement according to regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Van Doan was born in 1965 in Hong Hung commune (Gia Loc). He has professional qualifications of mechanical engineer in construction machinery, engineer in water supply and drainage; bachelor of politics .

Comrade Nguyen Van Doan used to hold the positions of Director of the Department of Construction; Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company.

On the same morning, at the 29th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council passed a resolution on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, including the decision to merge the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport into the Department of Construction. Comrade Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Department of Construction, was appointed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction.
