At the conference, delegates from the agencies focused on discussing and contributing ideas on the structure, content and methods of evaluating the results of the implementation of tasks in 2025; clarifying the advantages, limitations, causes and issues that need to be supplemented and adjusted in the draft report. Many opinions suggested continuing to innovate the evaluation method, ensuring brevity, generalization, accurately reflecting the actual results of each aspect of activities; at the same time clarifying the focus of leadership and direction of the General Department of Politics in 2026, the second year of implementing resolutions of party congresses at all levels, and at the same time the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested the agencies to continue researching and perfecting the draft report in a concise, rigorous, and scientific manner; ensuring comprehensiveness but avoiding dispersion. In the draft report, the results assessment section must clarify the advisory, leadership, and direction roles of the agencies in each aspect of work. Limitations, shortcomings, and causes need to be clearly analyzed, especially subjective limitations in the process of organizing and implementing tasks at a number of agencies and units. Regarding the direction and tasks for 2026, it is necessary to closely follow the functions and tasks of the General Department of Politics, on the basis of concretizing and seriously and effectively implementing the contents of the resolutions of party congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
