Dong Nai transfers and leases nearly 9 hectares of land for resettlement and residential areas

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on land allocation and land lease for the third phase for Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company to build infrastructure for the resettlement area and school under the Residential Area project with commercial services, high-class housing and resettlement in Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city.

According to the approved plan, people who give up land to build roads along the Dong Nai River are eligible to be resettled in a residential area with commercial services, high-end housing and resettlement in Buu Long ward.

Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company was assigned a land area of over 4.4 hectares in Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city to build infrastructure for a resettlement area, a school in a residential project with commercial services, high-end housing and resettlement in Buu Long ward.

In addition, more than 4.3 hectares of land were also allocated, including 2.6 hectares for townhouses (resettlement) and nearly 1,500 square meters of public land (the land behind the two rows of houses is arranged for drainage, ventilation, lighting and other public works and purposes).

In addition, there are nearly 2,000 square meters of land for green parks, sports and more than 1.4 hectares of traffic land.

The land use term is according to the project implementation progress. After completing the investment in infrastructure construction of the resettlement area, Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company is responsible for handing over to Bien Hoa City People's Committee for management and use. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to lease nearly 347,000 square meters of land to Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company to build a school.

Land use term until October 5, 2067 (according to the project's operating term). Land lease form: The State leases land and collects land rent once for the entire lease term.

It is known that currently, many key projects of Bien Hoa city such as Dong Nai riverside road, Bien Hoa central axis road... are waiting for resettlement.

In particular, according to the approved plan, people giving up land for the Dong Nai riverside road project and the Dong Nai riverside embankment will be resettled in the above residential area.
