Encouraging forces on duty on the Vinh Xuong border line

On the afternoon of July 18, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Xuong commune (An Giang province) Tran Hoa Hop led a working delegation of the Party Committee, People's Committee, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to visit and encourage the forces on duty at militia posts, border protection management posts, and the ship fleet of Brigade 962 on the road and river border at the Song Tien International Border Gate.

At the destinations, Party Secretary, Chairman of Vinh Xuong Commune People's Council Tran Hoa Hop   visited the lives, living conditions and work of the officers and soldiers. At the same time, he acknowledged and commended the proactive spirit and determination to stick to the border and fulfill the tasks of the militia, border guards, army and navy.

The units have proactively coordinated to patrol and strictly control the border, promptly detect and prevent all types of crimes, maintain security and order, and ensure safety in all aspects.

“Despite many difficulties, officers and soldiers at checkpoints and on ships still strive to overcome difficulties, maintain security and order, and protect national border sovereignty . Local authorities will always accompany and create favorable conditions for the forces to successfully complete their tasks,” emphasized comrade Tran Hoa Hop.

The delegation visited the ship squadron (Brigade 962) on duty on the Tien River.
