According to the Ninh Giang District Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route from the Uncle Ho monument in Hiep Luc commune through the President Ho Chi Minh memorial site in Hong Du commune to provincial road 396 has reached about 85% of the workload.
The contractor has basically completed the road paving, is adjusting the longitudinal drainage system and organizing the implementation of remaining items such as road markings, ensuring progress.
The project area involves 369 households with assets on land (of which 332 households own public land and 37 households own residential land). Up to now, 32 households have voluntarily demolished the part of the project, voluntarily donating a total area of more than 486 m2 of residential land for road construction.
The project still has 5 locations with land clearance problems with a total area of about 230 m2 . , including 3 households, 1 Catholic church in Hiep Luc commune, 1 household in Hong Du commune.
Ninh Giang District People's Committee has directed Hiep Luc Commune People's Committee and Hong Du Commune People's Committee to continue to promote propaganda and mobilization work so that households and church representatives who are using the land support the policy of building roads and donating land, clearing construction works on the land, and creating a construction site for the project.
The project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route from the Uncle Ho monument in Hiep Luc commune through the President Ho Chi Minh memorial site in Hong Du commune to provincial road 396 is over 4.2 km long with a total investment of over 93 billion VND. The project will widen the road surface to 7 m with 2 lanes and build a drainage system.
