Expected to abolish all 35 legal documents of the Prime Minister

According to the draft, the following 35 legal documents are abolished:

1. Decision No. 20/2000/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister on supporting revolutionary activists before the August Revolution in 1945 to improve housing.

2. Decision No. 136/2001/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the overall program of State administrative reform for the 2001 - 2010 period.

3. Decision No. 57/2002/QD-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan for development of the sports industry until 2010.

4. Decision No. 97/2002/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2002 of the Prime Minister approving the Vietnam Tourism Development Strategy for the period 2001 - 2010.

5. Decision No. 265/2003/QD-TTg dated December 16, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the regime for people exposed to HIV or infected with HIV due to occupational accidents.

6. Decision No. 30/2006/QD-TTg dated February 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement anti-corruption work.

7. Decision 37/2006/QD-TTg dated February 10, 2006 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Pilot Regulations on Cat Lai open port area under Saigon New Port Company.

8. Decision No. 94/2006/QD-TTg dated April 27, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the State Administrative Reform Plan for the 2006-2010 period.

9. Decision No. 60/2007/QD-TTg dated May 7, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Fund to support people infected with HIV/AIDS.

Abolish part of 2 legal documents of the Prime Minister

1. Abolish Clause 2, Article 1, Clause 3, Article 3, Clause 2, Article 4 of Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg dated October 27, 1999 of the Prime Minister on a number of policies for Vietnamese people abroad.

2. Partially repeal Decision No. 114/2001/QD-TTg dated July 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg dated October 27, 1999 of the Prime Minister on a number of policies for overseas Vietnamese as follows: a) Repeal the content of amendment and supplement to Article 2 of Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg amended and supplemented in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QD-TTg. b) Repeal the content of amendment and supplement to Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Article 5 of Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg amended and supplemented in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QD-TTg.
