Expected many new points in organizing foreign language and Vietnamese proficiency tests

QNgTV- The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced a draft Circular on organizing foreign language and Vietnamese proficiency tests, widely soliciting opinions from agencies, organizations and individuals.

The draft is built with many remarkable new points, aiming to improve the quality, transparency and efficiency in exam organization, while promoting international educational integration.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, this draft Circular integrates all current regulations on foreign language and Vietnamese proficiency tests, which were previously scattered in previous circulars. This consolidation helps reduce the number of legal documents and at the same time creates more favorable conditions for units in organizing the test.

A highlight of the draft is the emphasis on the comprehensive responsibility of the exam organizing units. The organizing units must develop and implement solutions to ensure safety, objectivity, fairness, and seriousness throughout the exam process, while clearly assigning responsibilities to each department.

Exam security is strictly regulated at all stages - from exam creation, transportation, storage, to exam organization and grading - to ensure the fairness and transparency of the exam.
