In the first half of 2025, the number of visitors to tourist areas and spots in the province reached more than 5.1 million. Total revenue from all types of services was 4,890 billion VND, reaching 57% of the yearly plan.

In particular, on August 19, Ca Mau started many key transport projects such as: Ca Mau - Dat Mui Expressway, traffic route to Hon Khoai Island, Hon Khoai Dual-Use Port, upgrading and expanding Ca Mau Airport. These projects, when completed, will not only help remove traffic infrastructure bottlenecks, enhance regional connectivity, but also create great momentum for the province's development, including the tourism sector.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hon, owner of Hoang Hon Community Tourism Site (Dat Mui Commune) shared: “Local people are looking forward to the early completion of the Ca Mau - Dat Mui expressway to make travel and transport of goods more convenient. In addition, when this modern traffic route is available, more tourists will come to Dat Mui, creating more jobs and stable income for local people, and more motivation for businesses and people to invest in tourism development”.
