Tickets to watch MU play friendly in Hong Kong (China) are unsold.

MU is facing the risk of not selling out tickets for the friendly match with the Hong Kong star team on May 30.

According to information from ticketing website Cityline , ticket prices for the match between the "Red Devils" and the Hong Kong All-Star team range from an average of 254 to 381 USD , while the lowest priced tickets ( 177 USD ) have not yet been sold out.

Organizers have not released the number of tickets sold, but multiple sources say thousands of seats are still available. Some ticket buyers are even willing to take a loss and resell them on social media. One account is selling two $381 tickets for just $293 each, while others are willing to pay as little as $64 .

Similarly, another person is looking to sell two $254 tickets at a steep discount, just about $26 each.

The high ticket prices have discouraged fans from going to the national stadium to watch MU play. One account commented: "Those who buy cheaper tickets probably just want to watch the Hong Kong team, as a regular ticket is only about 26 USD . They don't think it's worth spending a few hundred USD more to watch MU."

Another person compared the ticket prices for MU matches to be higher than those for international matches taking place in July, which feature Liverpool, AC Milan, Arsenal and Tottenham.

MU was criticized for playing superficially and lacking vitality in the 0-1 loss to ASEAN All Stars on May 28. The wave of protests grew strongly, causing many fans in Hong Kong (China) to refuse to pay large sums of money to receive disappointing performances from MU stars.
