On the first day of the Forest Playground 2024 Summer Music Festival, held at Saigon Riverside Park, Erik, Obito, and Rhyder delivered energetic performances to nearly 4,000 attendees in Ho Chi Minh City.
Forest Playground 2024 is an annual event, a multi-functional entertainment complex with a highlight being a music performance stage featuring artists popular with young people. In its third edition, Forest Playground 2024 took place over two consecutive days, June 1st and 2nd, at Saigon Riverfront Park – a new and increasingly popular meeting place for people in Ho Chi Minh City.
This year, the event has been expanded to include more exciting activities. Free karaoke boxes for singing enthusiasts, many fun mini-games, and thousands of valuable gifts for attendees.
On the first day, the Forest Playground stage was incredibly energetic with a lineup of artists including Erik, Obito, Rhyder, Sean, and Winno.
Sean is the owner of the hit song "Em thích" ( I like) that opened Forest Playground 2024 with the adorable song " Yêu là đây" ( Love is Here) . Possessing a unique voice and very distinctive compositions, Sean is currently a name that is popular with young audiences.
Winno is a new face that Forest Playground wants to introduce to the audience. The rapper, from Da Nang , possesses a distinctive husky voice along with an impressive way of singing and using lyrics.
Obito once again captivated the audience by performing "Hanoi" solo without Vstra. Despite the rain, the artists continued to perform, interact with the audience, and keep them engaged with their enthusiastic performances.
RHYDER, one of the highly anticipated vocalists, didn't hesitate to perform "Shooting Star " —an unreleased track—for the first time on the Forest Playground stage.
ERIK arrived at Forest Playground with a super smooth live performance of "Em không sai chúng ta sai" (I'm not wrong, we're wrong ). After a period of controversy surrounding his vocal style, it's clear that ERIK is gradually returning to his original style and has a more stable and solid vocal. With the audience's enthusiasm, ERIK even went down to the stage to interact with his fans. Notably, ERIK performed "Chạy về khóc" (Running home and crying) with his fans .
Tonight, June 2nd, the program will continue with the following artists: Chillies, The Flob, Cam, Bui Truong Linh, and Olew. Admission is free for all viewers.
