Digital transformation creates efficiency
With the motto of taking customers as the center in electricity services, the digital transformation process at EVNSPC is being drastically implemented by the unit's leadership team and member units.
EVNSPC General Director Nguyen Phuoc Duc said that this project is divided into 2 phases.
In phase 1 (2021 - 2022), EVNSPC has completed 100% digital transformation in a number of core activities. Notably, it has successfully connected to national data systems, connected to the General Department of Taxation and over 28 intermediary payment organizations to deploy electronic invoice services and cashless payments.
The unit has also successfully transformed digitally in the field of internal management, helping to change operating methods, leadership styles, working processes, and corporate culture throughout the Corporation.
For example, the Digital Office system helps the number of completely digitally signed documents in 1 year from 2021 - 2022 reach 92.4% with nearly 363,100 documents.
In addition, the units also successfully organized 1,300 meetings, seminars, talks, and online training sessions (accounting for 68%) of the total number of meetings organized...
Digital transformation is also being strongly implemented in the fields of technology, safety, business methods, customer service, operations, and work processes.
In 2022, the number of customers participating in level 4 online transactions reached an almost absolute rate (99.8%) with nearly 561,700 customers...
Particularly in the field of construction investment, this is one of the important goals that EVNSPC has also completed, in which the construction investment management software system (IMIS 2.0) is considered the center and core, contributing to improving labor productivity, construction quality and efficiency.
In phase 2 (2023 - 2025), along with the common goal of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and its member units to become digital enterprises, completely operating according to the digital enterprise model, EVNSPC is determined to soon complete this goal with a high spirit of determination.
According to Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc, when becoming a digital enterprise in 2025, EVNSPC's electricity customers will certainly benefit a lot. Transactions and interactions with the electricity industry will apply 100% technology to all services.
In particular, EVNSPC strives to increase the rate of customers making cashless payments to over 90% in the 2022-2025 period. Similarly, electricity metering is also done completely automatically to facilitate customers.
Increase credibility with customers
In the process of implementing the plans of this project, EVNSPC closely follows the progress of building smart cities and e-government of 21 southern provinces and cities to proactively connect one-stop to the public service system of local People's Committees to simplify documents and procedures for power supply for customers, and at the same time complete the plan to reform administrative procedures of the electricity industry.
At the same time, EVNSPC Customer Care Center continues to optimize its role in serving customers through technology applications or call center 19001006 - 19009000 to handle customers' electricity needs in the fastest, most convenient and most professional way.
With the launch of the "EVN-EVNCONNECT Digital Ecosystem" from 2022, EVNSPC has gradually taken shape and made important strides in the industry in the roadmap to becoming a digital enterprise by 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc said that digital transformation is the most important core program of EVNSPC, a strong driving force to help EVNSPC continue to improve its competitiveness, promote growth rate and increase prestige with customers.
“In the next stage, with the determination and efforts of the collective, all levels, departments, offices and the collective of employees in the EVNSPC family, we believe that the goal will be achieved as planned,” Mr. Duc emphasized.
With the orientation and approach according to the roadmap set out by the Government and EVN, EVNSPC will strive to successfully implement and gradually bring 4.0 technology into all areas of production and business activities, daily supply to increase labor productivity, save production and business costs; implement the roadmap to apply technology to serve customers using electricity services quickly and effectively.
