Phuc Khanh Commune People's Committee said that the temporary bridge was built connecting the bridge abutment and the old roadbed, initially meeting the walking needs of people, especially students going to school, while also creating conditions for transporting essential necessities.

However, due to its rudimentary structure, the commune recommends that people do not cross the bridge during storms to ensure safety.
