Nearly 30,500 copies of Canh Dieu books come to schools in flood-hit Ha Tinh

(Baohatinh.vn) - This is the number of books that Vietnam Education Equipment and Publishing Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) has provided to support teachers and students in Ha Tinh to overcome the consequences of floods.

On the morning of October 21, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with Vietnam Publishing and Educational Equipment Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) to organize a ceremony to donate textbooks to schools in Ha Tinh affected by floods.

The leaders of the Department of Education and Training received textbooks from Vietnam Educational Equipment and Publishing Investment Joint Stock Company.

At the ceremony, Vietnam Education Equipment and Publishing Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) presented nearly 35,500 copies of Canh Dieu textbooks, worth nearly 600 million VND in total, to students of 25 schools (from primary to high school) in Ha Tinh .

This is a meaningful and practical activity in supplementing the lack of books due to the impact of storms and floods for Ha Tinh students, and at the same time supporting teachers in organizing and implementing innovative teaching methods according to the 2018 General Education Program.

Receiving the books, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh Nguyen Hong Cuong thanked and hoped to continue receiving the company's attention and support in activities to support schools and students to overcome the damage caused by storms in the area. Immediately after the reception ceremony, the department will directly distribute textbooks to schools for students.
