On the morning of October 21, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh organized a training course on family work in 2025 for cultural and social civil servants of communes and wards.

In the current context, in addition to traditional values such as filial piety and loyalty, Vietnamese families have also adopted many new values such as progressive spirit, civilized lifestyle and equality in each home. Through each stage of development, the family value system not only contributes significantly to nurturing and perfecting human personality, connecting generations, preserving and promoting national cultural identity, but also plays an essential role in maintaining stability and promoting the comprehensive development of the country.
In recent times, the awareness of Party committees and authorities at all levels about the role and position of culture in socio-economic development has been raised. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" associated with the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas has developed extensively, truly becoming a major movement, contributing significantly to economic, cultural and social development, maintaining political security and ensuring social order and safety. Cultural titles have achieved a fairly high rate.
Currently, the rate of cultural families in the whole province is 95.08%; the rate of cultural villages and residential groups is 98.57%. Family work has many positive changes.

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Xuan Luong opened the training course.
Although some traditional values are still preserved and promoted, many other values are gradually fading or changing over time, while new values appear to be suitable for the modern context. In particular, with increasing work pressure, the team of cultural officers needs to continuously improve their knowledge, improve their professional qualifications and accumulate experience to meet the practical requirements of social life.
At the training session, delegates who are civil servants of the cultural and social sectors of communes and wards were imparted knowledge about the basic elements of the cultural value system: nation, democracy, humanity, science; family value system: prosperity, happiness, progress, civilization; Vietnamese human value system: patriotism, solidarity, self-reliance, loyalty, honesty, responsibility, discipline, creativity; building and comprehensively developing Ha Tinh culture imbued with national spirit, rich in homeland identity, selectively absorbing advanced cultural values.

Through the training conference, it contributes to equipping the team of cultural and social civil servants of communes and wards with more basic knowledge of family values and human standards to meet the requirements of practical situations.
