To ensure the successful completion of the goals and targets for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward identified innovation in leadership methods as a breakthrough, aiming to improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization in implementing the 2-level local government model. The improvement of the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, innovation in the activities of Party committees and Party cells in a practical direction, closely linked to the task of local development, is focused on.

In particular, the promotion of digital technology application in leadership and management has brought about positive changes. The digital government - smart city model has initially shown its effectiveness. Party cell activities have seen many innovations, and the quality of party members has been increasingly improved.

The models of "4-good party cells" and "4-good party members" are maintained and expanded, contributing to increasing the fighting strength of party organizations and party members. The rate of party cells operating in accordance with regulations is 97.5%. 100% of villages, hamlets, and residential groups have party cells, ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the party organization. Comrade Vo Pham Xuan Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward said: "In the period of 2025 - 2030, the ward will continue to promote resources and innovate the Party's leadership methods to gradually affirm its role as one of the bright spots of development in the western region of the province".

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Bac Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee identified four breakthroughs, including promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, and technology application; effectively operating the two-level local government model; attracting investment in areas with potential and advantages; and building a team of qualified and capable officials to meet development requirements.

On the other hand, to contribute to realizing the common goal of the province, the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia ward determined to continue to arouse and promote the effectiveness of resources. The ward focuses on synchronously and effectively exploiting the socio-economic potential, taking trade and services associated with modern urban infrastructure as the focus to turn Bac Gia Nghia into a trade and service center of the Western region.

The locality will also promote the development of high-tech agriculture , small-scale industry, and the association of production with processing and consumption of products to create a solid foundation for the local economy. At the same time, the ward will continue to seriously and effectively implement Resolution No. 68 on private economic development; encourage cooperative economy; and increase the attraction of investment projects of private enterprises with great potential in potential and advantageous fields.
