Impressive growth in the third quarter, VPS adjusts annual plan

VPS adjusts business plan for 2025

VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (VPS) has announced Resolution No. 0610/2025/NQ-HĐQT on adjusting the 2025 business plan based on unexpected growth results and favorable market context.

According to the Resolution, the Company's planned revenue in 2025 is adjusted to increase from VND 8,500 billion to VND 8,800 billion (+3.5%), pre-tax profit increases from VND 3,500 billion to VND 4,375 billion (+25%), and after-tax profit increases from VND 2,800 billion to VND 3,500 billion (+25%).

This adjustment reflects VPS's steady growth capacity, along with the effectiveness of its strategy to expand its customer base and optimize its product and service portfolio.

Business results for the first 9 months of 2025 exceeded expectations

According to preliminary estimates, VPS's pre-tax profit in the third quarter of 2025 will reach about VND 1,395 billion, an increase of 70.1% over the same period in 2024. As a result, in the first 9 months of the year, VPS recorded VND 3,153 billion in pre-tax profit, exceeding 1.2% over the whole year of 2024.

VPS representative said : "The plan adjustment shows VPS's confidence and initiative in the context of a strong stock market growth. Positive business results are a solid foundation for VPS to enter the strategic transformation phase VPS 2.0 and prepare for the upcoming IPO."

Continued expansion of brokerage market share on HOSE – 19th quarter maintains No. 1 position

According to the latest statistics of the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), VPS's stock brokerage market share in the third quarter of 2025 reached 17.05%, a sharp increase of 1.68 percentage points compared to the second quarter of 2025.

With this result, VPS has maintained its leading position for 19 consecutive quarters, since the first quarter of 2021 - an unprecedented record in the Vietnamese securities industry.

Information about the IPO

On October 16, 2025, VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (VPS) was granted the Certificate of Registration for Initial Public Offering of Shares No. 406/GCN-UBCK by the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, VPS is offered a total of 202,310,000 shares with a minimum offering price of VND 60,000/share.

This is an initial public offering for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals who want to buy shares and are not prohibited or restricted from buying shares according to the provisions of Vietnamese law, the current Charter of VPS and the issuance plan.

Currently, VPS is implementing multiple channels to receive registration to buy VPS IPO shares including: online channel on SmartOne application, direct channel at VPS headquarters, branches, transaction offices and through distribution agent channel.
