Accordingly, households granted Land Use Right Certificates of Nam Khan and Cha To communes have been informed by the leaders of the District People's Committee about the results of land review and measurement in the area and the benefits of granting Land Use Right Certificates of non-forested forestry land in the area.
At the same time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nam Po district guided the information checking and signed the confirmation of the Land Use Right Certificate. As of December 2023, the district had reviewed and measured the total area of non-forested forestry land of more than 63,000 hectares, reaching 100% of the plan. Currently, there are 12 communes including: Nam Khan, Cha Cang, Cha To, Nam Tin, Pa Tan, Na Khoa, Na Co Sa, Na Hy, Nam Chua, Na Bung, Vang Dan. The measured plots have been appraised and signed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, of which: 03 communes: Nam Khan, Cha To and Cha Cang have approved the plan for land allocation, forest allocation, and issuance of Certificates of land use rights for non-forested forestry land, with a total area of more than 10,000 hectares; have printed and issued certificates of forest land use rights to more than 1,000 land users.
For 03 communes: Cha Nua, Si Pa Phin, Phin Ho, the dossier and measurement extract are being completed to submit to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for inspection and approval.
