The City Border Guard Command and Lien Chieu District recently held a meeting to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Hai Van Border Guard Station's tradition (May 1, 1975 - May 1, 2025).

The City Border Guard Command presented flowers to congratulate officers and soldiers of Hai Van Border Guard Station.

The anniversary meeting looked back on the 50-year journey of building, fighting and growing up of Hai Van Border Post. From the early difficult days to the strong growth as today. 50 years of attachment to the locality, officers and soldiers of Hai Van Border Post through the periods have always stood side by side with the Party Committee, government and people on all fronts, especially in the work of preventing natural disasters, epidemics, forest fire prevention and fighting, actively contributing to socio -economic development, ensuring national security and defense.

Over the years, officers and soldiers of Hai Van Border Guard Station have focused on leading and effectively implementing assigned tasks, closely coordinating with border wards, successfully completing the mission of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security, contributing to maintaining political security and order and safety in the maritime border area.

At the same time, do a good job of mobilizing the masses, propagating policies, guidelines, and sovereignty over seas and islands; achieve many outstanding achievements in the fight against crime, especially drug crimes, accompanying women in border areas, maintaining and effectively building the model of cultural coastal residential areas; do a good job of repaying gratitude, sharing social security, coordinating the organization and spreading widely the National Border Defense Day...
