After many price adjustments, the iPhone 16e is being sold by Apple authorized dealers at VND15.3 million, VND600,000 lower than at the end of the second quarter. In some systems, this price is even lower than the price of the iPhone 15.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, representative of Minh Tuan Mobile system said that the price reduction of iPhone 16e mainly comes from the dealers. This is a move within the special incentive policy to stimulate demand before the Back to school period, creating conditions for users to access the product more easily.
Despite the continuous price reduction, the sales of iPhone 16e still did not meet expectations. According to dealers, the sales of iPhone 16e only accounted for a small part of the total sales of the entire iPhone industry.
"iPhone 16e is the lowest priced model in the iPhone 16 product line. However, not all "cheap" prices will definitely create attraction in the Vietnamese market.
Domestic users are used to choosing the Pro or Pro Max versions, so the sales speed of the iPhone 16e is somewhat slower," said Ms. Van Thi Ngoc Yen, Apple product line director at Di Dong Viet.
In the same segment, the iPhone 16e is currently competing with its own "homegrown" model, the iPhone 15. Specifically, the iPhone 15 is being offered by dealers at a price of 15.5 million VND for the 128GB version. Many dealers even said that the iPhone 15 has superior sales to the iPhone 16e.

The iPhone 15 stands out thanks to its youthful, colorful design, Dynamic Island display, and dual camera cluster. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16e has a powerful A18 chip, supports Apple's artificial intelligence toolkit, and has better battery life.
In contrast to the Vietnamese market, the iPhone 16e is quite popular in Europe. A report from Counterpoint Research said that the iPhone 16e entered the list of 10 best-selling smartphones in the European region in the first month of its launch.
Specifically, the iPhone 16e ranked 9th on the list. This model accounted for 8% of iPhone sales and 2% of total smartphone sales in Europe in March. In Western Europe, this product line recorded even higher sales.
