Gia Lai: Amending and supplementing 9 internal administrative procedures in the field of signing and implementing international agreements

(GLO)- Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Rah Lan Chung has just signed and issued Decision No. 439-QD/UBND promulgating 9 internal administrative procedures (AP) that have been amended and supplemented in the field of signing and implementing international agreements in the province's state administrative system.

Specifically, the amended and supplemented internal administrative procedures in the field of signing and implementing international agreements include: signing international agreements on behalf of department-level agencies; signing international agreements on behalf of district-level People's Committees; signing international agreements on behalf of border commune-level People's Committees; amending, supplementing and extending international agreements on behalf of department-level agencies; amending, supplementing and extending international agreements on behalf of district-level People's Committees; amending, supplementing and extending international agreements on behalf of border commune-level People's Committees.

Along with that are the following administrative procedures: terminating the validity, withdrawing from, temporarily suspending the implementation of international agreements on behalf of the department-level agency; terminating the validity, withdrawing from, temporarily suspending the implementation of international agreements on behalf of the district-level People's Committee; terminating the validity, withdrawing from, temporarily suspending the implementation of international agreements on behalf of the border commune-level People's Committee.

This Decision also stipulates the specific content of each administrative procedure, including the order and method of implementation; components and number of records; processing time limit, subjects performing administrative procedures; agencies handling administrative procedures; results of administrative procedure implementation; fees; application forms, declaration forms; requirements and conditions for performing administrative procedures; legal basis of administrative procedures, etc.

Decision No. 439-QD/UBND takes effect from May 6, 2025; at the same time, abolishing administrative procedures from serial numbers 51-59, Part I and item number XI, Part II of the Appendix of internal administrative procedures issued together with Decision No. 799/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system of Gia Lai province.
