Gasoline and oil prices down

After adjustment, the price of E5RON92 gasoline is at 19,150 VND/liter, down 84 VND; RON95-III gasoline is at 19,580 VND/liter, down 52 VND; diesel 0.05S is at 17,350 VND/liter, down 165 VND; kerosene is at 17,560 VND/liter, down 151 VND; mazut 180CST 3.5S is at 16,190 VND/kg, down 326 VND/kg.

According to the Joint Ministry, due to the impact of the world oil market; the US tax policy on goods of trading partners leading to concerns about economic recession; the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine... along with fluctuations in the VND/USD exchange rate, the Joint Ministry decided on a plan to manage oil and gas prices to ensure that domestic oil and gas price fluctuations are consistent with world oil and gas price fluctuations; continue to maintain the price difference between E5RON92 biofuel and RON95 mineral gasoline at a reasonable level to encourage the use of biofuels according to the Government's policy; ensure the harmony of interests between market participants.
