VinFast VF 5 is a product developed from designs by world-famous brands such as Torino Design and Pininfarina. With dimensions of 3,965 mm in length, 1,720 mm in width, 1,580 mm in height and a wheelbase of 2,513 mm, VF 5 offers flexible mobility in crowded areas.

VinFast VF 5 is positioned in the small SUV segment with a neat yet attractive appearance, thanks to its youthful design. Like other VinFast models, VF 5 stands out with a large V-shaped chrome strip, extending to both sides like bird wings, surrounding the brand logo. However, this chrome strip is not equipped with LED technology like the VF 8 or VF 9 models in the higher segment.

Unlike many traditional models, the VinFast VF 5 does not have a grille, which is consistent with the design of electric vehicles because it does not need to cool the engine. Two large halogen headlights are positioned low on both sides of the front of the car, providing strong light.

The embossed lines on the hood create a strong appearance, true to the SUV style. The front bumper is covered with glossy black plastic, showing a sporty style.

Moving to the body, the combination of white and orange not only highlights the youthful look but also brings a modern, slightly European look to the VF 5. The embossed lines continue to appear, adding a strong and muscular feel to the A-class SUV.

The design is highlighted by the 17-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels in two contrasting colors, combined with Pirelli P-Zero tires measuring 225/40R17. The C-pillar is decorated with a black border extending to the rear of the car, creating a sporty feel and making the car look longer.

The door handles are the same color as the body of the car, creating harmony in design and overall aesthetics. The exterior rearview mirrors are sporty in two tones, have electric adjustment function and integrated turn signals and blind spot warning. The charging port is located on the right side of the car, convenient for right-handed users.

The minimalist design is also shown in the rear of the VF 5, featuring a red bird wing shape embracing the VinFast logo. The turn signals, reverse lights and rear lights are red and placed lower.

The shark fin-style spoiler and antenna are the same color as the roof, while the rear bumper is designed with a strong gloss black color, emphasizing the strong look of the VF 5. The trunk opens mechanically with just enough space for short trips.

The interior of the VinFast VF 5 is in harmony with the exterior design, expressing a minimalist and modern philosophy, highlighted by two electronic screens. The speed display and driving support information are designed with a 7-inch LCD, replacing the traditional analog form, creating a personal highlight behind the steering wheel.

The central entertainment screen is 8 inches in size, supports voice control and comes with a 4-speaker sound system. However, this screen does not integrate features such as Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Right below the screen, the air-conditioning vents are designed horizontally, neatly and elegantly. The gearbox is controlled via a rotary knob and the electronic handbrake is integrated as a lever. The entertainment control buttons, emergency lights and window lowering are arranged right next to the cup holder, similar to the VF 8 and VF 9 models.

The steering wheel has a 3-spoke design, with a sporty beveled bottom and bright metal rim, giving the small electric SUV a luxurious look. The steering wheel also integrates volume control, hands-free calling and cruise control buttons.

VinFast VF 5 is designed with two rows of seats, a total of 5 seats. All seats are covered in soft leather, with contrasting stitching creating a sporty look. The front seats are designed with sporty headrests that can be adjusted in height. The rear seats have a flat floor design and can be folded in a 60:40 ratio, providing comfort for passengers.

In addition, the VF 5 is also equipped with many notable utilities such as a single-zone air conditioning system with a standard PM 2.5 air filter; driver profile tracking and memory function; remote vehicle location; automatic error diagnosis; monitoring and warning of unauthorized intrusion; and automatic maintenance schedule suggestion. About the engine of the VinFast VF 5

VinFast VF 5 is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 100 kW, equivalent to about 134 horsepower, along with a maximum torque of 135 Nm. This engine provides power to the front wheels. The car uses a lithium battery with a capacity of 37.23 kWh, allowing it to travel a distance of up to more than 300 km after each full charge.

In terms of safety technology, the VinFast VF 5 stands out with many modern features thanks to the ADAS package. Some typical features include adaptive cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot warning, door opening warning, reverse sensors and a reverse camera, along with emergency brake assist.
