Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2023 focuses on digital data

The Vietnam Digital Awards 2023 (VDA 2023) will take place on October 7 at the Au Co Art Center (8 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi ).

This is an activity of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) in response to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, contributing to the implementation of the Party and State's policy on developing science, technology and innovation, promoting the national digital transformation process, building a digital government, developing the digital economy and digital society. The award organizing committee said: Launched on April 18, the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2023 with the theme "Unlocking the potential of digital data" has reached more than 3,000 agencies, organizations and businesses, receiving nearly 350 nomination dossiers sent from all over the country. Through the process of scientific, objective, professional and impartial review and evaluation by the judges who are leading managers, technology experts, and digital transformation experts of the two preliminary and final selection councils, the Organizing Committee has selected 38 most deserving names to honor at the VDA 2023 awards ceremony, in 5 categories including: Outstanding digital technology products, services, and solutions (20 products, services, solutions); Outstanding digital transformation enterprises and public service units (9 enterprises, units); Outstanding digital transformation state agencies (7 state agencies); Digital transformation products and solutions for the community (2 products, solutions); Foreign products, services, and solutions. Dr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, shared that Vietnam Digital Awards has contributed to encouraging, motivating, and recognizing the innovation of industries, fields, agencies and businesses. Dr. Nguyen Quan, former Minister of Science and Technology, Chairman of the VDA 2023 Final Round Council shared: This year, the Final Round Council focused on evaluating data technologies, data platforms, as well as businesses and localities that have done a good job of building databases according to the standard framework of the Ministry of Information and Communications . Many organizations and individuals have paid great attention to building databases scientifically, meeting Vietnamese standards and improving the ability to integrate into the national database.

The Vietnam Digital Awards 2023 is expected to be attended by hundreds of delegates, representatives of agencies, organizations, award-winning businesses, guests, news agencies, and newspapers. The event will be reported live on VietTimes e-magazine, broadcast live on VTC9 channel, relayed by many local radio and television stations and platforms VTC Now, VieON, as well as many other social media platforms.
