Introduction: Pediatric liver transplantation is one of the most difficult techniques in organ transplantation, with strict requirements on professional and technical qualifications. Recently, the National Children's Hospital has successfully performed the 74th pediatric liver transplant, opening up a chance of life for a 30-month-old patient with end-stage liver disease due to congenital biliary atresia. The liver donor is the patient's grandmother. In the coming time, the hospital will continue to develop advanced and specialized techniques to strive to bring life to children with serious liver and biliary diseases in particular and the best health care solutions for Vietnamese children in general.
