Organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television, and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, the event offers an emotional journey where happiness is felt through sight, hearing, and heart.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh delivered the opening speech at the event.
This year, the festival space has been expanded along Le Thai To - Hang Khay - Dinh Tien Hoang streets to Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, creating a "Happiness Road" over 1km long. Along this route, participants are immersed in impressive cinematic scenes, enter digital art spaces, or capture memorable moments at photobooths specially designed for the event. At the Ly Thai To Monument area, the "Happiness Tree" - the symbolic highlight of the festival - received thousands of wishes, expressions of gratitude, and heartfelt sharing from locals and tourists, along with 80,000 souvenir gifts distributed as a token of love from the organizers.

Locals and tourists alike enjoyed the series of experiential activities aimed at spreading happiness to the community.
Beyond just artistic experiences, the Happy Vietnam Festival also offers many meaningful activities such as: an outdoor inflatable playground – a completely new model of recreation combined with physical training, conveying the message that health is the most solid foundation of a happy life; a Happiness Map – where each person can mark the locations that created memorable moments; and a Photography Workshop – bringing together experts and art lovers who want to explore the beauty of Vietnamese life through a humanistic lens.

Works titled "Happiness" are being presented to the public for the first time.
One of the most unique highlights of the event was the large-scale "Hundred Flowers Walking Parade," where approximately 800 people, dressed in traditional costumes from various eras, created a vibrant cultural flow through the heart of the old town. Particularly noteworthy was the mass wedding ceremony of 80 couples with the theme "Love is Happiness," which truly became a touching moment, honoring the values of family and enduring love in today's society.
