Professional training for grassroots education promotion officers.

From December 8th to December 12th, 2025, the Provincial Political School, in coordination with the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning, organized a professional training course for 66 trainees who are grassroots-level learning promotion officials.

Leaders of the Political School and the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning presented certificates and awards to outstanding students.

Sixty-six trainees, all grassroots education promotion officials, participated in the training course.

During the training course, participants studied fundamental topics and knowledge in theory and practice such as: Ho Chi Minh's thought on promoting education; the leadership role of the Party and State in promoting education and talent development, building a learning society; building Vietnamese culture and people in the new revolutionary period; innovating education promotion work in the new situation; and digital transformation in education promotion work.

In addition, the trainees were also introduced to several documents in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Association and the province, especially those documents on directing the consolidation of the Association's organization after the implementation of the two-tiered local government model and preparing for the congress to establish the commune-level Association for the Promotion of Learning.

The trainees were also instructed on the use of the "Learning Citizen" assessment software, along with other professional training content.

Trainees of the training course visited the Vietnam Military History Museum for a field trip.

Through this training course, grassroots education promotion officials are equipped with additional knowledge and skills, contributing to improving the quality of their activities and becoming a core force in disseminating information, mobilizing support, and promoting the education and talent development movement, and building a learning society at the grassroots level in the future.

At the closing ceremony, nine outstanding trainees were commended and rewarded by the course organizers.
