Hoang Minh Construction Company Limited (Hoang Minh Company) is located at the branch office of Hoa Binh Pharmaceutical Technology Joint Stock Company, Thong Nhat area, Bo town, Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province, with Nguyen Tuan Minh as the legal representative. The current registered charter capital is 15 billion VND. The list of capital contributors includes: Nguyen Tuan Minh contributed 12 billion VND (accounting for 80% of the total charter capital), Nguyen Thanh Hieu contributed 3 billion VND (accounting for 20% of the total charter capital).
