Handing over 3,401m2 to Tay Ho district to build flower and green gardens

Accordingly, 3,401 square meters of land in planning block O1-P3, Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district has completed site clearance and has been assigned to Tay Ho district People's Committee to build flower and tree gardens.

Form of land use: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Land use term: long-term.

Land allocation method: land allocation without auction of land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving the land handover on the field, the People's Committee of Tay Ho district must put the land into use. In case the land is not put into use or the extension period according to the provisions of the law on land expires, the City will reclaim the land without compensation for the land and assets attached to the land as well as the remaining investment costs on the land.
