Vietnam National Administration of Tourism will introduce Vietnamese tourism in three European countries: France, Italy, and Switzerland in May 2025.

Vietnam National Administration of Tourism will organize a tourism promotion event in three European countries: France, Italy, and Switzerland in May 2025.

According to information from the Tourism Information Center (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism), to implement the plan to promote and advertise Vietnamese tourism abroad in 2025, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism will coordinate with relevant units to organize 7 large-scale market launching programs in key markets with the participation of localities and businesses. The opening program is the program to introduce Vietnamese tourism in 3 European countries: France, Italy, and Switzerland.

Specifically, the Vietnam tourism introduction program and business-to-business (B2B) meeting program will be held in Milan (Italy), Geneva (Switzerland) and Paris (France). In particular, on the evening of May 11, there will be a performance of Hue Royal Court Music at Trocadero Square (Esplanade de Trocadero), Paris (France).

The Vietnamese delegation was led by the Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Nguyen Trung Khanh, along with representatives of the Tourism Development Support Fund, a number of tourism management departments, artisans, artists, and hotel, travel, and aviation businesses. In particular, the Hue City People's Committee and other departments and agencies joined together to promote the local potential and strengths and introduce the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 to a large number of international friends and tourists.

In 2024, Vietnam will welcome 279,000 French visitors, 89,000 Italian visitors, and 33,000 Swiss visitors. In the first quarter of 2025, there will be about 102,000 French visitors, 31,000 Italian visitors, and 12,000 Swiss visitors to Vietnam.
