Introducing Da Nang's potential for innovative startups

, Danang Center for Supporting Innovative Startups (Department of Science and Technology) organized a visit and working session at Danang's innovation spaces for partners, businesses, and investors to attend the 2025 Venture and Angel Investment Forum - DAVAS 2025.

At the Vietnam-UK Institute for Research and Training (VN-UK), a school representative said there are many activities and programs related to startups for students, including startup competitions such as SV.STARTUP, pre-incubation programs, and activities to support student startups.

VNUK's entrepreneurship activities and programmes provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their business ideas, improve their skills and prepare for their entrepreneurial careers.

Visiting Danang Software Park No. 2, the delegation was informed about the scale of this concentrated information technology park and the projects the city plans to implement in the near future, such as the project of a lab combined with a pilot production factory (Lab-Fab) for advanced packaging.

At the Fundgo Danang Creative Startup Investment Fund Office, the representative of the unit informed that the fund has a committed investment capital of 150 million USD (about 3,800 billion VND) and a network of more than 30 domestic and foreign investment funds with the mission of providing financial support and consulting for businesses and startup projects, thereby promoting the digital transformation process in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

For Da Nang, Fundgo aims to incubate and facilitate potential startups in the city and surrounding areas.

Visiting and working at Blockchain Hub Da Nang (381 Tran Hung Dao, Son Tra district), the representative of the unit informed that Blockchain Hub will be in operation from March 1, 2025. This is where meetings, discussions, and workshops take place to help the blockchain community meet, discuss new technologies and expand the cooperation network.
