One of the outstanding models is "Bringing legal knowledge to people in border areas"—an approach suited to the local characteristics, easily accessible, and effective. Through mobile propaganda using vehicles, combined with bilingual radio broadcasts (Vietnamese and the local dialect), content such as the National Border Law, the Marriage and Family Law, the Cybersecurity Law, etc., is conveyed vividly and relatable to the people. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoa, from Ka Non 1 village, A Luoi 4 commune, Hue City, shared: "The soldiers' propaganda is very useful; whether we are working or at home, we can still listen. Thanks to this, we understand more about the law and can remind our family members to comply better."

Young officers and intellectuals volunteer with the 92nd Economic -Defense Brigade, Military Region 4, to disseminate and popularize laws among the people.

Besides propaganda work, the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade has also effectively implemented many economic development and poverty reduction models, most notably the "Party Branch and Party Members Assisting Poor Households" model. Accordingly, each Party branch and Party member assists 1 to 2 poor households, providing not only material support but also long-term companionship, guidance on business practices, and livelihood stabilization. Monthly and during holidays, cadres and Party members visit, encourage, and give gifts, creating additional motivation for these households to improve their lives. Comrade Pham Van The, Secretary of the Party Branch of Production Team 3, 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade, said: "The Party branch identifies this as an important political task, demonstrating the responsibility of cadres and Party members to the people. We assign specific responsibilities to each Party member, regularly checking and supervising to ensure that the assistance is truly effective." Thanks to timely and practical support, many poor households have gradually overcome difficulties. Mr. Ho Van Ich, from Ba Lach village, A Luoi 4 commune, emotionally shared: "Thanks to the soldiers' care and support, my family has more motivation to do business, and our lives are gradually becoming more stable."

The 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade also implemented many other meaningful models, such as: "Providing livelihoods for people in border areas," "Model military-civilian roads," and "Electricity lines illuminating villages." Clean, beautiful roads and electric lights illuminating each village not only improve living conditions but also contribute to changing the face of rural border areas and improving the quality of life for the people. Through these concrete, practical actions, the models of the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade not only help people improve their lives and raise their awareness but also strengthen the people's trust in the Party, the State, and the Army, thereby contributing to building a solid "people's support" in the border regions of the Fatherland.
