Mr. Vu Dinh Hoan - owner of the Gym Max brand shared that since he was a child, he had undergone many gallbladder and intestinal surgeries, his childhood was almost always associated with hospitals and antibiotics. At the age of 15, Mr. Hoan was determined to practice to improve his body shape and health every day with cement dumbbells that he "produced" himself.

“ From grade 9 to grade 12, I followed a strict exercise regimen in the afternoons by lifting cement weights and jogging. My health changed significantly and I no longer got sick often. With a small initial capital, he established a gym with the aim of helping many people improve their health and physical fitness. “ Fortunately, in the early days of establishing Gym Max, we received quite positive support from customers, ” he said.
“ As someone who has experienced and changed, I also want to spread that sports spirit. Because bodybuilding is very good for health, good for improving body shape, helping men, women, old, young,… all become more confident, better ”. Vu Dinh Hoan shared.
After that, Hoan founded The Max, a fitness fashion brand, mainly selling on social media platforms. The Max chose the mid-range segment with 80-250,000 VND/product because according to Hoan, this price is suitable and easy to help customers decide to buy the product.
In 2016, Hoan started developing a chain of stores in Hanoi and Saigon, with more than 30 stores at its peak. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the chain stores closed and switched to an online business model.
Gym Max brand was built and developed by a 9x guy.
“ Fortunately, The Max brand owns product lines with high training needs such as shorts and tank tops, so they are well received by customers nationwide ,” Hoan said.
Currently, Gym Max is known to everyone as an ecosystem of gyms and fashion with the criteria of health and beauty. This brand is also a sponsor for national bodybuilding competitions of the national bodybuilding federation, provincial competitions and charity programs.
