As of November 2024, in Ha Giang province, there were more than 53,200 beneficiaries of social security, of which nearly 40,000 people had been granted accounts, reaching more than 71%, an increase of 2.1% compared to October 2024, of which 100% of the subjects with accounts wanted to receive payments through accounts.

Pursuant to Decision 592 dated May 8, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the Plan for payment of non-cash social security policies in the province, in the payment period of November 2024, there were 37,936 beneficiaries receiving payment via accounts, reaching a rate of 71.3%, an increase of 7.3% compared to October 2024; the total value of payment via accounts reached nearly 29 billion VND.
According to the assessment of the professional sector, the implementation of the Plan for paying social security policies without cash in the province in recent times has received attention and participation from all levels, sectors and support from the people; ensuring speed, accuracy, sufficiency, timeliness, publicity and transparency, contributing to the effective implementation of digital transformation, models of Project 06 and improving the ability to access modern payment services of the economy .
