Hanoi: Ensuring safe movement and assembly of parades and marching groups

According to the organizers' plan, from early afternoon on August 21, the units serving the parade moved from locations to the assembly point according to the prescribed diagram.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Me, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police, said that the Traffic Police, Military Control and Local Police forces have ensured absolute safety for the movement of weapons, equipment and military transport convoys under the direction of the functional forces of the participating groups, and the parade has moved to safe assembly points.
