According to Mr. Nguyen Dan Huy, Vice Chairman of Ba Dinh Ward People's Committee, from the afternoon of September 1, about 8,000 priority seats will be arranged by Ba Dinh Ward on the sidewalks of Tran Phu and Hung Vuong streets where the parade will pass.
The number of seats has been increased by about 2,000 compared to the rehearsal to meet the needs of veterans and meritorious people, creating a solemn and organized space for the official ceremony.
Previously, Ba Dinh Ward had arranged about 6,000 priority seats on the sidewalk of Hung Vuong Street, where the parade and marching procession passed, for veterans. Ba Dinh Ward also arranged overnight accommodation on August 29 (before the rehearsal) for the elderly, children, and pregnant women.
